Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests can be made by emailing us at:
Please note that a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Return & Refund Information
Label Mish does not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Have all tags and labels attached.

Be in the same condition as received.
If the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will provide either:

A replacement product, or

Store credit for future purchases.
Replacement Delivery Timeline
If a replacement is approved:

The replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after approval.

Delivery generally takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
New Order Requirement
To complete an exchange, a new order must be placed through our website.
Using Store Credit
Any store credit issued from an approved return can be used toward a new purchase.
Exchange Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Exchange processing will take approximately 2–4 business days.

The new item will generally be delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed within 3–4 business days.
You will receive either:

Step 3: Return Shipping
After approval, we will provide the return address.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4: Store Credit Issuance
Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected:

Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

The credit details will be shared via email and added to your customer account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Customized or made-to-order products.
